from the gut

I once worked very shortly with a canadian Chef in Paris. I also took some photos of him for his buisiness card at the time. Now he's back in Toronto, building his very own restaurant. It's a hell of a project and he's had a lot of setbacks but I believe he'll do great once it's up and running. Because it's being done with heart.
